Our ethos is to design the perfect plan for you so each house plan is tailored to your needs and the requirements of the site.

The process starts with a meeting with our draftsman to get a good understanding of your requirements for the home and key priorities. Everyone is different and these design priorities are reflected in the final design.

This is a very casual meeting to get an understanding and feel for what you're after in your new home. You can have as much involvement as you like. Some people love the finer details while others are happy to have this chosen for them - its entirely up to you.

The finer details vary greatly from; some people like the morning sun in the kitchen, others like it in the lounge.

The designer will come back with a concept plan. This is a simplified version of the floor plan.

You have the opportunity to review and decide what features you like and dont like and then we can meet with the designer to make the required changes.

When you're totally happy with the design, the concept plan is developed in to full working drawings.

At this point, it goes off to the truss designer (roofing structure) and the foundation design engineer. Once these come back, it can all be compiled and submitted to the council for building consent!
